Relativity Media, the company behind the non-K-Stew yet-to-be titled Snow White film, has just announced that Nathan Lane has signed on to play a role!
The actor will play Brighton, the evil Queen’s servant, who is played by Julia Roberts in the film based on the Brothers Grimm tale.
British breakout actor Robert Emms, who can be seen in Steven Spielberg's upcoming film War Horse and Roland Emmerich’s Anonymous, has also joined the cast as Prince Alcott's (played by Armie Hammer) valet.
Directed by the man behind The Cell, The Fall, and the upcoming film Immortals, Relativity promises a "spectacular reimagining of the classic fairy tale", giving this plot synopsis:
"An evil queen and an exiled princess struggle for control of their kingdom in a spirited adventure comedy, filled with jealousy, romance and betrayal, that will capture the imagination of audiences the world over."
Based on the trailer for the director's latest film, this definitely is shaping up to be a VERY visually strong film.
Which Snow White film are U the most excited for? Universals starring Kristen Stewart or this one?
