Last we heard from Teen Mom Amber Portwood, we learned that she was planning on moving to El Lay with Gary Shirley.
Despite the fact that the pair seem to be trying to work things out, Amber still had to show up in a Madison County Court in Indiana today, where she was told that she'd have to go to trial for her felony domestic battery case, which involves Gary.
According to a source, Amber exploded into tears after the judge announced that her trial would take place on Nov 16, and another source said she stormed out of the courtroom after the verdict.
To recap, Amber's current charges which will come up during her trial include:
- 2 counts of felony domestic battery
- 1 felony count of neglect of a dependent
- 1 misdemeanor charge of domestic battery
Tough times for Amber Portwood! Then again, actions have consequences. Unfortunately for her, she's having to learn that the hard way.
