Hilary Duff: Almost Arrested in Paris!

Hilary Duff steps out of her car to head into the NRJ 12 TV studios on Friday (February 4) in Paris, France.

The 23-year-old actress tweeted that she was almost arrested while in Paris! “Mouloud Achour makes me smile. Fun time with you even though you almost got me arrested ;),” she said.

Hilary made an appearance at the NRJ radio station the day before to chat about her book Elixir on the air.

Later that evening, Hilary signed copies of the book for her fans at the Hotel Costes.
